Meat Judging Coaching 101 Workshop-San Angelo, TX

The Angelo State University Meat and Food Science Department is conducting a Meat Judging Coaching 101 Workshop on June 4th and 5th, 2019.  The workshop will be held at Angelo State University Food Safety and Product Development Laboratory.  There is no cost for this workshop.  Registration deadline is May 28th, but space is limited.  Please see flyer for details.
