Shooting Sports Leader Meeting – AUGUST 23, 2020

August 12, 2020 by audra.lewis

The D11 Shooting Sports Leader Update will be virtual this year.  The meeting will be August 23 from 2 -4 pm.  Please share this information with all interested coaches.  This meeting is open to any certified shooting sports coach in District 11.  A link will be sent Friday August 21 to those who RSVP to the link below.

This year, shotgun will be added as a breakout discipline so all counties from the shotgun discipline can meet. D11 has had a number of shotgun groups start in the district, so we feel it will be good for them to meet. Each breakout room will have one county extension agent “present” and be able to answer general questions. A recording of the “general” session will be made available after the meeting.

A tentative agenda:

2:00 – 3:00 pm General 4-H updates (including COVID-19 updates) presented by Meredith Carter, Extension Program Specialist-II, District 11

3:00 – 4:00 pm  Discipline break out groups.  (Rifle, Archery, Shotgun)

When you RSVP, make sure to use the email you will be attending the zoom meeting with.  Please select your discipline, as these will be preset.

Please RSVP to this link by Thursday August 20: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=CljXn3JknE2hQtEx06ehFmsbt9T_UdtPj78506QbJ5tUMkNBWlBXMDlRWDJZSENaV1RYR0tVWjFSOS4u
