October 29, 2010 by

Come ride an ATV – it’s fun and it’s free!!

Jackson County 4-H is hosting a free ATV safety  RiderCourse at the Brackenridge Event Center on Saturday, November 13th, from 8 AM until noon.  This is the day of the Chili Spill, so it can be a fun day for the entire family!

All 4-H members age 12 and up are invited to attend, the proper sized ATV’s will be provided for kids ages 12 to 16 who need one. Teenagers age 16 and up are asked to bring their own ATV if they have one available. Helmets will be provided for all students who need one.

There are a limited number of loaner ATV’s available on a first come, first serve basis, so call soon to reserve one!  For more information and to sign up, contact the Jackson County Extension Office at 361-782-3312 or email to JJ Janssen @ jjfinney@tamu.edu.
